胃癌组织中LncRNA NBAT1的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的分析胃癌组织中长链非编码RNA成神经细胞瘤相关转录本1(LncRNA NBAT1)的表达及意义。方法将88例原发性胃癌患者纳入研究,收集术后胃癌组织及癌旁组织作为样本,采用实时定量反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)检测样本中LncRNA NBAT1的表达,评价LncRNA NBAT1的表达量与患者临床特征关系及其对胃癌的诊断价值。结果胃癌组织中LncRNA NBAT1的相对表达量为(2.35±0.51),明显低于癌旁组织(5.03±0.74)(P<0.001)。LncRNA NBAT1的表达与胃癌临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及脉管癌栓有关(P<0.05)。LncRNA NBAT1诊断胃癌的曲线下面积为0.805(95%CI:0.741~0.926),约登指数为0.427,诊断敏感度为90.08%,特异度为81.54%。结论胃癌组织中LncRNA NBAT1呈低表达,且其表达水平可能与胃癌的发生进展有关。Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of long-chain noncoding RNA(LncRNA)neuroblastoma-related transcript 1(NBAT1)in gastric cancer tissues.Methods 88 patients with primary gastric cancer were enrolled,and postoperative gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were collected.Real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of LncRNA NBAT1 in the tumor tissues.The relationship between the expression of LncRNA NBAT1 and the clinical characteristics of patients and its diagnostic value for gastric cancer were evaluated.Results Compared with normal adjacent tissues,the relative expression of LncRNA NBAT1 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly reduced[(2.35±0.51)vs(5.03±0.74)](P<0.001).The expression of LncRNA NBAT1 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly correlation with TNM stages,invasion depths,and lymph node metastasis,as well as vascular tumor thrombus(P<0.05).The curve area of LncRNA NBAT1 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer was 0.805(95%CI:0.741~0.926),and the Jordan index was 0.427;meanwhile,the diagnostic sensitivity was 90.08%,and the specificity was 81.54%.Conclusion The expression of LncRNA NBAT1 in gastric cancer tissue is low,and its expression level may be related to the occurrence and progression of gastric cancer.
