摘  要:文章简要介绍了指向式旋转导向系统的结构及工作原理,推导了该模型的偏置机构的内外偏心环的偏移矢量的合矢量,得到了芯轴中心分量表达式,在不同条件下计算了理论偏移分量;利用CAD软件Creo建立了简化的指向式旋转导向系统的三维模型,基于该数字模型在ADAMS软件建立了有限元动态仿真模型,并仿真得到了内外偏心环的运动轨迹和芯轴中心分量之间存在三角函数的关系,验证了推导公式的正确性;比较了理论值和ADAMS软件仿真得到的数值解,两者80.56%数据的相对误差小于7%,验证了推导轨迹公式在工程应用上的可行性。由文章推导的芯轴轨迹方程可以得到任意时刻,即内外偏心环任意相对位置时芯轴的偏置方向,从而用来控制工具面的方位,并且可得到钻头偏转角度,为精确制导钻头沿预定的轨迹钻进提供了理论基础,具有重要的实际意义。The goal of this paper is to obtain the offset or angle of the bit with the bias unit of point-the bit rotary steering system(RSS).Firstly the paper briefly introduces the structure and working principle of the common point-the-bit RSS.Then the combined vector of the offset vector of the inner and outer eccentric rings of the bias mechanism of the model is derived,and the expression of the offset component of the axis core center in the X and Y directions is obtained,which is calculated under different conditions.And then by using the CAD software Creo,a simplified three-dimensional model of the point-the-bit RSS is established.Based on the digital model,the finite element dynamic simulation model is established with ADAMS software,and the trigonometric relationship between the motion trajectory of the inner and external eccentric rings and the offset component of the axis core center is obtained,which verifies the correctness of the derived formula.The numerical solutions obtained from theoretical values and ADAMS software simulations are compared,where the relative error of 80.56% data is less than 7%,which verifies the feasibility of deriving trajectory formulas for engineering applications.The mandrel trajectory equation derived in this paper can obtain the direction of the bias value of the mandrel at any relative position of the inner and outer eccentric rings at any time,which is used to control the orientation of the tool face and get the bit deflection angle,providing a theoretical basis for accurately guiding the bit to drill along the predetermined trajectory with important practical significance.
