摘  要:采用相溶解度法,测定5-氟尿嘧啶在不同浓度的β-环糊精、甲基化β-环糊精、乙基化β-环糊精和羟丙基-β-环糊精溶解度,绘制相溶解度曲线,计算了包结稳定常数、包结率和增溶倍数,比较了β-环糊精、甲基化β-环糊精和乙基化β-环糊精对5-氟尿嘧啶的增溶作用。结果表明,包结常数和包结率随着β-环糊精衍生物的取代基团链长增加而增加,β-环糊精及其衍生物对5-氟尿嘧啶均有增溶作用。By measuring the solubility of 5-fluorouracil in differentβ-cyclodextrin,ethyl-β-cyclodextrin hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrinand ethyl-β-cyclodextrin concentration,the stability constants,the complexation efficiencies and the most solubility multiples were calculated,the phase solubility graphs were described,and solubilization effects of 5-fluorouracil in differentβ-cyclodextrin,methyl-β-cyclodextrin and ethyl-β-cyclodextrin were compared.The results showed that the stability constants and the complexation efficiencies were enhanced with increase of the degree of substitution and the length of substituent group,β-cyclodextrinand its derivatives can increase the solubility of 5-fluorouracil.
