摘　　要：“双一流”建设已成为我国高校教育改革发展的方向,高校分析测试公共平台的发展在新形势下同时面临机遇与挑战,开展资质认定是实现高校分析测试中心自身可持续发展的必然选择。本文以天津大学分析测试中心电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)平台为例,从人员能力、仪器设备、环境设施、原始记录、质量控制和测量不确定度等关键环节,介绍了将资质认定质量管理体系引入高校分析测试平台的实践经验,为新形势下高校分析测试中心的发展提供了思路和对策。The construction of"double first-class"universities has become the direction of Chinese higher education reform and development.Under the new situation,the development of public platform for analysis and testing in college is facing new opportunities and challenges.Consequently,it is necessary for the sustainable development of university analysis and testing center to carry out the qualification certification.Based on the public platform of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)of Tianjin University,the practical experience of introducing the quality management system of qualification certification into the university analysis and testing platform was introduced.The key aspects included personnel ability,instrument and equipment,environmental facility,original record,quality control,measurement uncertainty,and so on.It provided ideas and countermeasures for the development of university analysis and testing center under the new situation of"double first-class".
