基于Donabedian结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式的护理管理在消毒供应中心的应用分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨基于Donabedian三维质量结构模型的护理管理在消毒供应中心的应用。【方法】采用便利抽样的方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院消毒供应中心护士作为研究对象。将2019年1月至12月作为干预前,2020年1月至12月作为干预后。比较干预前后医疗器械管理质量、护士职业认同感、护士工作满意度的差异。【结果】干预后,器械回收合格率、器械清洗合格率、器械灭菌合格率、物品包装合格率与物品发放正确率较干预前显著提高,护士职业认同感在一致感、把握感、自我决定感、自我效力感、有意义感及组织影响感方面均显著高于干预前,护士工作满意度显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。【结论】基于Donabedian三维质量结构模型的护理管理应用于消毒供应中心的护理管理,能有效提高医疗器械管理质量,促进护士职业认同感和护士工作满意度的提升。【Objective】To investigate the effect of nursing management based on Donabedian three-dimensional quality structure model in central sterile supply department.【Methods】The convenience sampling method was used to select the nurses in the Central Sterile Supply Department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as the research object.The period from January to December 2019 was taken as the pre-intervention period,and the period from January to December 2020 was taken as the post-intervention period.The differences of medical device management quality,nurses'professional identity and nurses'job satisfaction before and after intervention were compared.【Results】After intervention,the qualified rate of instrument recovery,instrument cleaning,instrument sterilization,article packaging and correct distribution were significantly higher than those before the intervention.Nurses'professional identity was significantly higher than that before the intervention in terms of consistency,grasp,self-determination,self-efficacy,significance and organizational impact,and nurses'job satisfaction was significantly higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The application of nursing management based on Donabedian three-dimensional quality structure model to the nursing management of central sterile supply department can effectively improve the quality of medical device management and promote the improvement of nurses'professional identity and nurses'job satisfaction.
