摘  要:为实现某涡桨发动机在轴台稳定运行,对该发动机机载控制系统进行了详细研究。对该发动在轴台的控制系统增加了水力测功器、用PEC模拟器代替PEC控制器,及增加航电模拟器代替航电控制器。根据该发动机的工作模式和控制方式,参考以往轴台试验经验,制定了初始试验方法:发动机调试从低状态到高状态、先稳态后加减速,测功器采用多种控制模式自由切换的飞行模拟模式。通过多次试验验证和修正,探索出一种适应该涡桨发动机轴台试验的方法,并应用于轴台试验。结果表明:该方法解决了PEC模拟器代替PEC控制器、航电模拟器应用于发动机轴台试验、发动机加速时转速超调及状态切换时转速波动等问题,实现了PEC模拟器参与测功器控制、水力测功器与发动机的协同工作。In order to ensure the stable functioning of one type of turboprop engine on turboshaft engine test bench,the airborne control system of one type turboprop engine were researched mainly. For the control system of the turboshaft engine test bench,hydraulic dynamometer should be added,PEC simulator should be added to take the place of PEC,and avionic simulator should be added to take the place of avionic controller. According to the work mode and the control method of the turboprop engine and the experience of the turboshaft engine test bench,an initial test method was put forward. After a series of test verifications and modifications,an ultimate test method adapting to advanced turboprop engine on turboshaft engine test bench was obtained.The result shows that the question of replacing the PEC controller with the PEC simulator and the application of the avionics simulator to the turboshaft engine test bench,the matter of the revolving speed overshoot during the accelerating period of engine and the revolving speed fluctuation during condition shifting is solved by the method. Meanwhile,the PEC simulator participates in the control of the dynamometer,and the cooperative work of the hydraulic dynamometer and the engine is realized.
