急性牙髓炎应用一次性根管治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析急性牙髓炎患者应用一次性根管充填治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2019年1月—2020年10月收治的急性牙髓炎患者78例,随机分为一次充填组(n=39)和多次充填组(n=39),分别采取一次性根管填充治疗和多次根管填充治疗,对比两组治疗前后疼痛评分(VAS),近期疗效、远期疗效以及患者满意度情况。结果一次充填组、多次充填组治疗前VAS评分分别为(6.72±1.14)分、(6.78±1.05)分,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.242,P>0.05),治疗后VAS评分分别为(2.69±0.34)分、(3.23±0.52)分,一次充填组明显低于多次充填组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.428,P<0.05);一次充填组近期疗效的治疗有效率为97.44%,明显高于多次充填组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.522,P<0.05);远期疗效方面,一次充填组治疗成功率为87.18%,与多次充填组的74.36%相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.064,P>0.05);满意度上,一次充填组满意度为94.87%明显高于多次充填组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.186,P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗急性牙髓炎时,通过应用一次性根管充填方法能够较好地控制患者疾病,近期疗效均较好,远期疗效没有明显差异,患者治疗后疼痛程度明显减轻,满意度也较高,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of one-time root canal filling treatment in patients with acute pulpitis.Methods Conveniently selected 78 patients with acute pulpitis admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a single filling group(n=39)and multiple filling group(n=39).After root canal filling treatment and multiple root canal filling treatments,the pain score(VAS),short-term effect,long-term effect and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The VAS scores before treatment in the one-time filling group and multiple filling groups were(6.72±1.14)points and(6.78±1.05)points,compared with the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.242,P>0.05).The VAS scores after treatment were(2.69±0.34)points,(3.23±0.52)points,the one-time filling group was significantly lower than the multiple filling group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.428,P<0.05);the short-term curative effect of the one-time filling group was 97.44%significantly higher than the multiple filling group 79.49%of the filling group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.522,P<0.05);in terms of long-term efficacy,the treatment success rate of the one-time filling group was 87.18%compared with 74.36%of the multiple filling group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.064,P>0.05);in terms of satisfaction,the satisfaction rate of the one-time filling group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the multiple filling group 76.92%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.186,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acute pulpitis,the one-time root canal filling method can better control the patient's disease.The short-term curative effect is good,and there is no significant difference in the long-term curative effect.After the treatment,the pain degree of the patient is significantly reduced,and the patients’satisfaction is relatively h
