摘 要:为促进民族融合和社会稳定,国家在内地开设了西藏学校或在有条件的学校中设立了西藏班,这些举措受到了西藏人民的认可,并达到了育人的预期效果。当前,在素质教育深入实施的背景下,西藏学生除学习以外的在校生活也受到越来越多的关注,如体育生活方法是否发挥应有功能,是否起到促进在内地读书的西藏学子身心健康的作用等。该文从江苏3所学校西藏班学生体育的生活实际出发,分析了西藏学子参与体育生活的现状,指出了体育生活中存在的问题并提出对策建议。In order to promote ethnic integration and social stability,the state has set up Tibetan schools in the mainland or Tibetan classes in conditional schools.These measures were warmly welcomed by the Tibetan people and achieved the expected effect of educating people.At present,under the background of the in-depth implementation of quality education,the school life of Tibetan students in addition to learning has also attracted more and more attention.For example,whether the sports life method plays its due role and whether it plays a role in promoting the physical and mental health of Tibetan students studying in the mainland has been widely valued by the society.Starting from the reality of sports life of Tibetan students in three schools in Jiangsu,this paper analyzes the current situation of Tibetan students'participation in sports life,points out the problems existing in sports life,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
