摘 要:基于微分几何原理,利用丝杠、滚柱和螺母螺纹滚道的曲面方程得出各零件在接触点处的主曲率以及主方向。通过建立全局坐标系,确定了不同零件在全局坐标系下的旋转坐标变换关系,计算出滚柱丝杠侧和滚柱螺母侧主平面之间的夹角。其次,根据Hertz接触理论,求解出接触椭圆的偏心率,研究了不同结构参数对接触特性的影响规律,与夹角ω=0的简化方法得到的结果进行了对比。结果表明:主平面夹角在整个接触过程中保持不变;螺距和牙型半角对椭圆偏心率的影响不是线性关系,忽略主平面夹角会对偏心率的求解带来较大误差;主平面夹角会对接触椭圆面积产生影响,但影响程度较小。Based on the principle of differential geometry,the principal curvature and principal direction of each part at the contact point are obtained by using the surface equation of screw,roller and nut thread raceway.Through the establishment of the global coordinate system,the rotation coordinate relationship of different parts in the global coordinate system is determined,and the principal angle between principal plane of the roller-screw side and the roller-nut side is calculated.Secondly,according to the Hertz contact theory,the eccentricity of ellipse is calculated,and the influence of different structural parameters on the contact characteristics is analyzed.The results are compared with those obtained by the simplified method with included angleω=0.The results show that the included angle of principal plane remains unchanged in the whole contact process;the influence of pitch and half angle of tooth profile on the eccentricity of ellipse is not linear,ignoring the principal angle of principal plane will bring great error in solving the eccentricity;the included angle of principal plane has an effect on the area of the contact ellipse,but the effect is small.
