摘  要:为了深入了解微红梢斑螟Dioryctria rubella对马尾松Pinus massoniana松梢和松果选择机制,研发其植物源引诱剂,采用动态顶空吸附法和GC-MS技术收集虫害和健康马尾松松梢、松果挥发物,分析其成分和含量的变化;利用"Y"型嗅觉仪测试微红梢斑螟对虫害和健康松梢、松果浸提液的嗅觉行为反应。结果表明:与健康松梢相比,虫害松梢中萜类挥发物呈现明显上调(P<0.05),其它类挥发物呈现下调或无明显变化;产生10种特异性成分,分别为α-葑烯、α-松油烯、β-石竹烯、萜品油烯、壬醛、龙脑烯醛、苯甲醛、L-薄荷醇、马鞭草烯醇和4-(1-甲基乙基)-2-环己烯-1-酮。虫害松果中萜类化合物呈现明显上调(P<0.05),醛类和酰胺类化合物呈现明显的下调(P<0.05);产生7种特异性成分,分别为α-葑烯、2-蒈烯、(+)-苜蓿烯、α-律草烯、2,6,10-三甲基十三烷、对乙基苯乙酮、2-(4-甲基苯基)丙-2-醇。微红梢斑螟对虫害松梢和松果浸提液具有显著选择趋性,且对虫害梢浸提液的选择率可达70%。因此,微红梢斑螟危害诱导马尾松挥发物成分含量的变化和特异性成分的产生,与其对寄主的选择具有一定的相关性。To study the selection mechanism of Dioryctria rubella Hampson on pine shoots and cones of Pinus massoniana and develop plant-derived attractant,dynamic headspace absorption method and the GC-MS technique were used to collect the volatiles from infested and healthy pine shoots and cones of P.massoniana and changes of their components were analyzed.Olfactory behavioral responses of D.rubella to the extracts of infested and healthy pine shoots and cones were tested with“Y”type olfactometer.The results showed that terpenoids in infested shoots show significantly up-regulated than that in healthy shoots(P<0.05),the other volatiles in infested shoots show down-regulated or without significant change;ten kinds of specific components were detected in infested shoots,namelyα-fenchene,α-terpinene,caryophyllene,α-terpinolene,nonanal,α-campholenal,benzaldehyde,levomenthol,verbenone and 4-(1-methylethyl)-2-cyclohexen-1-one.Terpenoids in infested pine cones were significantly up-regulated than that in healthy cone(P<0.05),while aldehyde and amide compounds were significantly down-regulated(P<0.05);senven kinds of specific components were detected in infested cone,namelyα-fenchene,2-carene,(+)-sativene,α-humulene,2,6,10-trimethyltridecane,1-(4-ethylphenyl)-ethanone and para-cymen-8-ol.D.rubella adults preferred extracts of infested pine shoots and cones than that of healthy shoots and cones,and the selection rate to extracts of infested pine shoots was up to 70%.Therefore,changes in the content and component of volatiles and the production of specific components induced by the harm of D.rubella have a certain correlation with its host selection.
