摘 要:文章以扬州树人学校150名初二男生为研究对象,研究不同强度运动负荷对学生体质健康的影响。通过实验对A、B、C三个实验组的组内实验前后和组间实验后的数据进行比较分析,平均心率120-140次/分中等强度的运动负荷可以有效地促进学生身高、体重的增长;平均心率120-140次/分中等强度的运动负荷和平均心率140次/分大强度的运动负荷均能提升学生身体机能,中等强度的运动负荷效果尤为显著,低于平均心率120次/分小强度的运动负荷提升效果不显著;平均心率120-140次/分中等强度的运动负荷对提升速度素质、柔韧素质、下肢力量和上肢力量提升效果显著,平均心率140次/分大强度的运动负荷提升速度耐力素质效果明显,低于平均心率120次/分小强度的运动负荷对提升身体素质效果不明显。因此,适宜的运动负荷对提升学生的体质健康水平有重要的作用。taking 150 junior two boys in Yangzhou Shuren school as the research object,this paper studies the effect of different intensity exercise load on students’physical health.Through the comparative analysis of the data before and after the intra group experiment and the inter group experiment of the three experimental groups a,B and C,the average heart rate is 120-140 beats/min.the moderate intensity exercise load can effectively promote the growth of students’height and weight;The average heart rate is 120-140 beats/min.the moderate intensity exercise load and the average heart rate is 140 beats/min.the high intensity exercise load can improve students’physical function.The effect of medium intensity exercise load is particularly significant,and the effect of low intensity exercise load is not significant when it is lower than the average heart rate of 120 beats/min;The average heart rate is 120-140 times/min.the moderate intensity exercise load has a significant effect on improving speed quality,flexibility quality,lower limb strength and upper limb strength.The high intensity exercise load with an average heart rate of 140 times/min has a significant effect on improving speed endurance quality,and the low intensity exercise load lower than the average heart rate of 120 times/min has no significant effect on improving physical quality.Therefore,appropriate exercise load plays an important role in improving students’physical health.
