摘　　要：中国共产党的百年奋斗史就是一部榜样教育史。在中国共产党的百年征程中,榜样发挥了巨大的作用,榜样教育也积累了许多宝贵的经验,主要体现在榜样教育重视马克思主义理论的指导、围绕中心工作展开、坚持以人为本;此外榜样教育在发展过程中也存在一些问题,如榜样选树唯美化倾向、宣传形式化倾向、教育官僚化倾向。百年榜样教育的经验与教训启示我们在新时代要坚持榜样选树大众化、宣传常态化、教育生活化,从而更好发挥榜样的育人功能。The century-long struggle of the Communist Party of China is a history of example education.In the century-long journey of the Communist Party of China,the role model has played a huge role,and the role model education has also accumulated a lot of valuable experience,which is mainly reflected in the role model education attaching importance to the guidance of Marxist theory,revolving around the central work,and insisting on people-oriented mentality;In addition,there are also some problems in the development of model education,such as the tendency of beautification of model selection,formalization of propaganda and bureaucratization of education.The experience and lessons of model education in the past hundred years have inspired us to insist on the popularization of model selection,the normalization of publicity and the transformation of education and life in the new era,so as to give better play to the educational function of the model.
