摘　　要：为满足社会对BIM技术人才的需求,为提升学生BIM技术应用的能力,依据民办本科院校人才培养的定位,不断深化产教融合的培养模式,发挥校企共育的优势,积极构建工程管理专业课程体系和教学科研平台,切实提高学生的实践能力和创新能力,为应用型人才的培养提供有价值的参考意见,为同类院校专业建设和人才培养提供一定的经验。In order to meet the social demand for BIM technical talents and improve students'ability of BIM technology application,according to the talent training orientation of private undergraduate colleges,we continuously deepen the training mode of industry education integration,give full play to the advantages of joint education between schools and enterprises,actively build the curriculum system and teaching and scientific research platform of Engineering Management major,and effectively improve students'practical ability and innovation ability,provides valuable reference for the cultivation of applied talents,and provides some experience for the specialty construction and talent cultivation of similar colleges and universities.
