会计职称培训项目的管理流程优化研究--基于连云港开放大学的实践与思考

摘　　要：该文以连云港开放大学继续教育学院会计职称培训项目为其研究对象,通过对教育培训工作的深入调研,收集资料并汇总整理数据,分析该项目流程存在的问题。从培训前、培训中、培训结束后的各个阶段制定培训项目的流程以及相应的实施步骤。为了确保会计职称培训项目的高质性,必须对项目过程中的每一步进行高质量的有效监管。This article takes the Accounting Title Training Project of the School of Continuing Education of Lianyungang Open University as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the process of the project through in-depth investigation,collect data and summarize data.Formulate the process and corresponding implementation steps of the training project from each stage before,during and after the training.In order to ensure the high quality of accounting professional title training project,each step of the program process must be supervised effectively with high quality.
