新时期中职生就业指导教育的着重点及对策探究

摘　　要：近年来,我国国民经济发展水平有了很大的提升,对优秀专业人才的标准和需求量也在不断增大。中职学校在办学过程中为国家的经济建设培养了大批应用型人才,为整个社会的和谐发展起到了非常重要的推动作用。如今中职学校的办学条件逐步好转,办学规模也在不断扩大,在新的时代背景之下,中职学校必须要加强对学生的就业指导教育,立足于培养学生的职业技能,为学生提供正确的就业指导,提升中职院校学生的整体素质,保证学生未来的顺利就业。该文主要分析了新形势下中职生就业指导教育的着重点和对策,以供参考。In recent years,the development level of China's national economy has been greatly improved,and the standard and demand for excellent professionals are also increasing.Secondary vocational schools have trained a large number of applied talents for the country's economic construction and played a very important role in promoting the harmonious development of the whole society.Nowadays,the running conditions of secondary vocational schools are gradually improving,and the school running scale is also expanding.Under the new era background,secondary vocational schools must strengthen the employment guidance education for students,based on cultivating students'vocational skills,provide correct employment guidance for students,improve the overall quality of secondary vocational students and ensure the smooth employment of students in the future.This paper mainly analyzes the key points and countermeasures of employment guidance education for secondary vocational students under the new situation for reference.
