摘  要:产教融合是职业教育本科人才培养的基本遵循。文章从梳理产教融合人才培养的发展历程出发,结合三螺旋理论的基本内涵,在分析产教融合人才培养的参与主体、三螺旋结构和作用机理的基础上,提出了基于三螺旋理论的职业教育本科产教融合人才培养模式,并对其培养目标确立、培养过程实施和评价反馈机制进行了论述。该模式是对校企合作人才培养模式的继承与创新,希望能够促进职业教育本科人才培养质量的不断提高。The integration of industry-education is the basic principle for the talents cultivation of undergraduate vocational education.Starting from the development process of the integration of industry-education and combining the triple helix theory,and based on the analysis of the participants of the industry-education integration,the triple helix structure and the action mechanism,this paper puts forward the talents cultivation mode of industry-education integration of undergraduate vocational education,and discusses the establishment of cultivation objectives,the implementation of cultivation process and the feedback mechanism of evaluation in detail.The mode is the inheritance and innovation of the school-enterprise cooperation talent training,which can effectively guarantee the continuous improvement of the talents cultivation quality of undergraduate vocational education.
