摘 要:绩效评价是对中国特色高水平高职院校建设水平的测评与检验,是确保中国特色高水平高职院校建设科学有序推进的重要保障。在中国特色高水平高职院校建设进程中,绩效评价具有多重价值功能,发挥着“指挥棒”“催化剂”“监察仪”“诊断器”作用。其绩效评价应体现“引领”价值、“支撑”效力、“高”“强”实力、“特色”属性、“满意”口碑五大核心要义。在评价方略上,可以从评价程序、评价技术、评价方式、评价主体等方面,进行绩效评价策略与方法的理性思考和合理选择,促进中国特色高水平高职院校建设的科学有序发展。Performance evaluation is the evaluation and test of the construction level of high-level higher vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics,and it is an important guarantee to ensure the scientific and orderly progress of the construction of high-level higher vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics.In the process of the construction of high-level higher vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics,performance evaluation has multiple value functions,playing the role of"baton","catalyst","monitor"and"diagnosis".Its performance evaluation should reflect the five core elements of"leading"value,"supporting"effectiveness,"high"and"strong"strength,"characteristic"attribute,"satisfaction"reputation.On the basis of clarifying the function and significance of performance evaluation in the construction of high-level higher vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics,this paper makes rational thinking and reasonable selection of performance evaluation strategies and methods from the aspects of evaluation procedures,evaluation techniques,evaluation methods and evaluation subjects,so as to promote the scientific and orderly development of the construction of high-level higher vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics.
