摘　　要：随着新时代的到来,我国经济得到了非常快速的发展。与此同时,我国科学技术也得到了较好发展,从整体来看,我国各个方面均得到不断发展与进步,基于大数据技术的快速发展,我国教育也随之而改变。综合来看,在“互联网+”背景下,为了提高我国高校体育教育的质量,应使高校体育不断改变、不断改革以及不断进步。为了达到此目标,首要任务是提高认识,即认识到互联网背景及有关模式对教育起到的促进作用和具有的显著现实意义,进而结合实际,积极开展相关体育教学改革,同时提出针对性策略和措施,提高最终的教学效果。With the advent of the new era,China's economy has developed rapidly.At the same time,China's science and technology have also developed well.On the whole,all aspects of China have been continuously developed and improved.Based on the rapid development of the era of big data,China's education has also changed.On the whole,under the background of"Internet plus",in order to improve the quality of physical education in colleges and universities,we need to respond positively to the rapid development of the times and make some changes,which are related to physical education teaching.Eventually,college sports are constantly changing,constantly reforming,and constantly improving.In order to achieve this goal,the primary task is to raise awareness.That is to realize that the internet background and relevant models play a certain role in promoting education and have significant practical significance,and then actively carry out relevant physical education reform in combination with reality,and put forward targeted strategies and measures to improve the final teaching effect.
