摘 要:随着年龄的增长,中老年女性的体质健康水平呈下降趋势,其更适合进行柔和、舒缓且具有针对性的运动,故水中健身操是一项极好的选择,但其具体效果还不明确。该研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、实验法等,探讨水中健身操运动对中老年女性健身效果的影响。经过为期14周的水中健身操运动,分别测量运动干预前后受试者的身体成分、心肺功能、有氧运动能力、身体素质等指标,并进行对比分析,探究水中健身操对中老年女性健身效果的具体影响,探索对中老年女性身体素质的多样运动干预手段,为中老年女性健身提供新的思路。With the increase of age,the physical health level of middle-aged and elderly women shows a downward trend.They are more suitable for soft,soothing and targeted sports,so water aerobics is an excellent choice,but its specific effect is not clear.This study uses the method of literature,expert interview,logical analysis,and experiment to explore the influence of water aerobics on the fitness effect of middle-aged and elderly women.After 14 weeks of water aerobics,middle-aged women's body composition index,cardiopulmonary function,aerobic exercise ability and physical quality index movement were measured before and after the exercise intervention and then compared and analyzed,the specific influence of water aerobics on middle-aged and elderly women's fitness effect were studied,various sports intervention of middle-aged and elderly women were investigated,providing a new method for middle-aged and elderly women's fitness.
