清肺散结汤联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清肺散结汤联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效。方法选取2017年3月—2019年6月在广西崇左市宁明县人民医院肿瘤科和广西贵港市中医医院肿瘤科住院患者64例,随机分为对照组32例和观察组32例。2组均采用TP方案化疗;观察组加用清肺散结汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后生活质量、中医临床证候变化、不良反应及免疫功能。结果观察组治疗后改善率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后KPS评分情况明显优于本组治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD8+、CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)水平明显高于本组治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清肺散结汤用于中晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗疗效较好,不良反应少,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of Qingfei Sanjie decoction combined with chemotherapy on life quality and immune function of the patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 64 patients hospitalized in Ningming County People’s Hospital and Guigang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=32).Both groups were treated with TP chemotherapy.The observation group was treated with Qingfei Sanjie decoction.Quality of life,changes of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,adverse reactions and immune function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The improvement rate of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).The KPS score of observation group after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment and control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD^(3+),CD^(4+),CD8+,CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adr in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Sanjie decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of NSCLC has better therapeutic effect.It has few adverse reactions and is worth popularizing.
