摘　　要：临床实习是医学高等教育非常重要的一个阶段,长期以来,一直承担着如何指导学生将理论知识与实践操作相互结合的教学任务。近年来,在大学扩招和就业压力逐年递增的背景下,使考研成为了医学生的新的选择。但临床实习阶段是学生考研的冲刺和重要的复习阶段,以考研为目标的学生,若同时兼顾常规的实习教学内容的学习,并不是具有较高的可行性。因此,我院围绕着临床实习大纲、执业医师考试大纲和考研大纲,结合学生实际的需求,构建了3S教学模式。以实现学生的学习需求,与实习阶段的教学内容、教学管理和评价方法的统一,为教学质量的提高打下了良好基础。Clinical practice stage is the sprint and important review stage of the postgraduate entrance examination.For students aiming at postgraduate entrance examination,it is not feasible to take into account the learning of routine practical teaching content at the same time.Therefore,centering on the clinical practice outline,the examination outline for medical practitioners and the postgraduate entrance examination outline,combined with the actual needs of students,our hospital constructed the 3S teaching model.In order to achieve the students'learning needs,and learning stage teaching content,teaching management and evaluation of the unity,for the improvement of teaching quality,has laid a good foundation.
