摘 要:采用聚合氯化铝P(AC)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)联合絮凝预处理+小球藻(FACHB-8)对猪场沼液进行处理。结果表明,当PAC投加量为5 g/L时,不同含量的PAM絮凝沼液,COD、NH_(3)-N、TP和浊度的去除率分别为68.55%、36.84%、90.21%和6.48%。以絮凝预处理后的沼液作为培养液,经13 d的培养,小球藻生物质产量最高为5.14 g/L,比使用BG11培养基高33.16%。提高PAM投加量至60 mg/L,PAC/PAM-小球藻净化处理后出水中,COD和NH_(3)-N、TP的质量浓度分别为221 mg/L和204.5、0.77 mg/L。使用该沼液培养的小球藻总脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸的质量分数分别为12.3%和32.05%。小球藻能适应絮凝处理后的沼液且生长良好,提高沼液净化效果并收获微藻生物质。Poly aluminium chloride(PAC)and polyacrylamide(PAM)flocculation+Chlorella vulgaris(FACHB-8)purification process were used to treat the biogas slurry from pig farm wastewater.The results showed that the removal efficiencies of COD,NH_(3)-N,TP and turbidity were 68.55%,36.84%,90.21%and 6.48%,respectively in the biogas slurry after flocculation with PAC of 5 g/L and different dosage of PAM.After 13 d cultivation,the biomass yield of Chlorella vulgaris can reach 5.14 g/L in the biogas slurry after flocculation pretreatment,which was 33.16%higher than that of BG-11 medium.When the dosage of PAM was increased to 60 mg/L,the COD,NH_(3)-N and TP of the effluent after treatment with PAC/PAM+Chlorella vulgaris were 221 mg/L,204.5 mg/L,0.77 mg/L,respectively.The total lipid of Chlorella vulgaris was 12.3%,and the content of saturated fatty acid was 32.05%.These results showed that Chlorella vulgaris can adapt to biogas slurry after flocculation pretreatment and grow well,further improved the purification effect of biogas slurry and gained the microalgae biomass and fatty acids.
