摘 要:生鲜农产品具有易腐易损性,流通要求高,培养高素质冷链物流人才是关键。1+X证书制度推出,促进高职院校人才培养模式变革,提升了高素质技术技能人才培养质量。通过研究江苏某涉农高职院校现有物流管理专业课程体系,并对生鲜农产品流通领域中冷链物流人才要求与1+X证书的职业技能要求进行关联分析,提出以物流管理1+X证书为切入点,重构物流管理专业农产品冷链方向课程体系思路。Fresh agricultural products are perishable and vulnerable,and the circulation requirements are high.It is the key to cultivate high-quality cold chain logistics talents.The introduction of the 1+X certifi cate system has promoted the reform of personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges,and improved the training quality of high-quality technical personnel.Through the study of the existing curriculum system of logistics management in a agriculture-related vocational college in Jiangsu province,and the correlation analysis of the requirements of cold chain logistics talents and 1+X vocational skills in the circulation field of fresh agricultural products,this paper puts forward the idea of reconstructing the curriculum system of cold chain of agricultural products in logistics management by taking 1+X certifi cate of logistics management as the entry point.
