摘　　要：目的探讨不同切口超声乳化术治疗白内障的效果以及对术后干眼症状、泪膜功能的影响。方法选取郑州人民医院郑东院区2018年12月至2019年11月收治的白内障患者86例(141眼),按随机编号法分为对照组43例(70眼)和观察组43例(71眼)。对照组接受透明角膜切口超声乳化术治疗,观察组接受角巩膜缘切口超声乳化术治疗。比较两组患者术后裸眼视力、干眼症状以及泪膜功能的差异。结果术后,观察组的裸眼视力、干眼症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)结果以及角膜荧光素染色(CFS)评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与透明角膜切口相比,角巩膜缘切口超声乳化术治疗白内障的效果更好,术后干眼症状及对泪膜功能的影响更轻。Objective To investigate the effect of different incision phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract and its effect on dry eye symptoms and tear film function.Methods A total of 86 cases(141 eyes)of cataract patients in Zhengdong hospital,Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(43 cases,70 eyes)and observation group(43 cases,71 eyes).The control group was given transparent corneal incision phacoemulsification,and the observation group was given corneoscleral incision phacoemulsification.The differences of uncorrected visual acuity,dry eye symptoms and tear film function between the two groups were compared.Results After operation,the uncorrected visual acuity,dry eye symptom score,break-up time(BUT),Schirmer I test(SIt)and corneal fluorescein staining(CFS)score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with clear corneal incision,limbal incision phacoemulsification is more effective in the treatment of cataract,and has less effect on dry eye symptoms and tear film function.
