摘  要:文章从公共协商理念的视角探讨了近年来不断增长的高校新媒体事件。进而总结出高校新媒体事件不同于一般网络舆论事件,具有展开公共协商的潜质;作为独特的文化机构,高校不应作为沉默者或只是事件多元主体的一员,而是有责任成为积极的沟通主体,促进公共协商的展开,培育公共理性精神;在具体的公共协商实践中,高校应在捍卫主流价值、引导争议话题、彰显人文关怀上做好公共沟通,从而达到寻求公众理解的目标。This article discusses the increasing number of new media events in university from the perspective of public negotiation.It argues that new media events in university are different from general events and have the potential nature of public negotiation.As a unique cultural institution,colleges and universities should not be silent or just a member of the diverse subjects,but act as an active and responsible communicator,promoting the development of public negotiation and cultivating the spirit of public rationality.In the practice of public consultation,universities should pay more attention to defending mainstream values,guiding controversial topics,and demonstrating humanistic care,so as to achieve the goal of seeking public understanding.
