高职扩招背景下大学生职业发展教育的困境与探索

摘　　要：高职院校的发展进入“黄金时代”,扩招方案极大地改变了高职院校的生源结构,学生职业发展及其教育工作被赋予了新的内涵。文章探讨了扩招政策实施情境下,高职院校学生职业发展教育存在的问题和面临的困境。同时,从观念升级、政策实施、体系完善、精准把脉等四个方面探索了新时期开展职业发展教育的策略。The development of vocational colleges has entered the new"golden age".The enrollment expansion scheme has greatly changed the student source structure of vocational colleges,and the student career development and related educational work have been endowed with new connotation.Under the situation of the implementation of enrollment expansion policy,this paper actively explores the existing problems and plight facing students’vocational development education in vocational colleges.At the same time,this paper explores the strategies of developing career development education from the following four aspects:concept upgrade,policy implementation,system perfection and accurate diagnosis.
