摘 要:政策信息学与政策智能逐步发展成为新兴的交叉学科,在其诞生与发展的过程中需要融合多个学科的技术、模型与分析方法。已有文献论述了大数据分析技术与人工智能技术在其诞生与发展中的核心作用,除了上述的两大核心技术以外,本文将着重介绍网络分析技术作为既有文献的补充。具体地,本文将从网络的概念入手,重点介绍六种常用的网络分析技术,突出其原理和思想的阐述,而后回顾这六种技术在解决政策研究问题中的既有应用,并在多个领域给出具体的研究示例。最后,结合网络分析技术的发展方向和政策研究日益复杂的趋势特征,对网络分析技术在该交叉学科领域潜在的应用进行展望。Policy informatics and policy intelligence have gradually developed into a new interdisciplinary that requires to integrate technologies,models and analytical methods from multiple disciplines in their emergence and development.The central role of big data and artificial intelligence in this progress has been discussed in some literature.In addition to two key technologies mentioned above,this paper focused on network analysis as a supplement to the existing literature.Specifically,this article started with the concept of networks and introduced six common network analysis techniques by explaining their principles and basic ideas.Then,this paper reviewed the existing applications of six common techniques on solving policy research problems and provided specific examples in a number of areas.Finally,considering the developing direction of network analysis and the increasing complex trends of policy research,we discussed the potential applications of network analysis techniques in the focused interdisciplinary.
