从“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛要求的变化反思东北院校双创教育改革

摘　　要：创新创业教育改革是近年来高等教育为适应经济社会发展而做出的人才培养模式的根本变革。为推动和检验高校的教育改革成果,教育部联合相关部委打造了"互联网+"大学生创新创业大赛,2015年以来已连续举办六届。纵观六届大赛,赛事要求有不同程度的变化,变化部分的内容体现了高校创新创业教育改革发展的方向。近3年,东北地区高校在该项赛事中成绩并不理想,客观原因是东北地区经济相对不发达、创新创业氛围不好、科技成果转化率低等,造成创新创业教育改革效果不持久、不显著;主观上东北地区高校也应进一步反思大赛要求变化所体现的教育改革方向,把创新创业作为一个学科专业去建设,把创新创业教育按照一个素质教育目标去达成,并与高校思想政治教育紧密结合起来,这是东北地区高校在"互联网+"大学生创新创业大赛中取得好成绩的关键所在。The reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education is a fundamental change in the talent training mode that higher education has made in recent years to adapt to economic and social development.In order to promote and test the educational reform achievements of universities,the Ministry of Education and relevant ministries and commissions have created the"Internet+"University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition,which has been held for six consecutive times since 2015.Throughout the six competitions,the requirements of the competition have changed to different degrees.The content of the changed part reflects the direction of the reform and development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.In the past three years,colleges and universities in the Northeast China have not achieved satisfactory results in this competition.The objective reasons are the relatively underdeveloped economy in the Northeast China,the poor atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements.It has caused the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform to be unsustainable and insignificant;subjectively,colleges and universities in Northeast China should also further reflect on the changes of direction of education reform in the competition requirements,take innovation and entrepreneurship as a discipline to build,and take innovation and entrepreneurship education as a goal of quality education to achieve,and closely integrate with the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,it is the key to the good results of colleges and universities in the Northeast China in the"Internet+"University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
