摘  要:文化创意产业发展的核心要素是人才,而以本科层次职业教育为培养主体的文化创意类技术型人才存在较大缺口,已成为制约文创产业发展的重要因素。根据文化创意产业人才的基本特征,将文创类技术型人才的能力要求归纳为价值把握能力、复合应用能力、创意执行能力。基于人才能力要求,文化创意类技术型人才的培养可以重点从3个方面入手,即构建文化自信课程育人体系,健全多维度人才培养体系和营造良好的创新创业环境。The core element of the development of cultural and creative industries is talents,and there is a large gap in cultural and creative technical talents with undergraduate-level vocational education as the main body,which has become an important factor restricting the development of cultural and creative industries.According to the basic characteristics of talents in the cultural and creative industry,the ability requirements for cultural and creative technical talents can be summarized as value grasping ability,compound application ability,and creative execution ability.Based on the requirements of talents,the cultivation of cultural and creative technical talents can focus on three aspects,which are constructing a cultural self-confidence curriculum education system,perfecting a multi-dimensional talent training system and creating a good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.
