家庭教养视角下未成年人犯罪特征差异研究

摘　　要：未成年人犯罪近两年数量增加,并且呈现出与以往不同的趋势。而未成年人犯罪与家庭因素的关系研究有着悠久的历史渊源,其中家庭教养与未成年人犯罪联系紧密。以父母教养方式评价量表与亲子关系量表为基础,分出专制型家庭、溺爱型家庭、冷漠型家庭与矛盾型家庭四类不良家庭教养方式。从家庭教养与其他因素对犯罪人格形成的影响两方面入手,综合分析这四类家庭教养角度下未成年人犯罪特征差异。为防治这四类家庭教养对未成年人犯罪的影响,可以通过促进家庭教育立法、实行家庭监督问责制度、加强对监护人的法治教育和加强政府、学校对未成年人家庭的关注的对策,更有针对性地预防未成年人犯罪。The number of juvenile delinquency has increased in the past two years and it shows a different trend from the past. The research on the relationship between juvenile delinquency and family factors has a long history, among which family education is closely related to juvenile delinquency. Based on the Parenting Style Evaluation Scale and the Parent-Child Relationship Scale, four types of unhealthy family education are divided into authoritarian families, doting families, indifferent families and contradictory families. Starting with the influence of family education and other factors on the formation of criminal personality, we comprehensively analyze the differences in the characteristics of juvenile delinquency from the angle of these four types of family education. In order to prevent and cure the impacts of these family education on juvenile delinquency, we can prevent juvenile delinquency more effectively by promoting family education legislation, implementing the system of family supervision and accountability, strengthening legal education for guardians and strengthening the government and schools’ concerns about juvenile families.
