摘　　要：目的探讨血清miR-3174对前列腺癌的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月间上海中医药大学附属第七人民医院收治的100例前列腺癌患者为观察组,另选取同期100例健康成人为对照组,比较两组人群血清miR-3174差异,分析miR-3174与前列腺癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果观察组患者miR-3174为(1.97±0.61),高于对照组的(0.95±0.29),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。前列腺癌组织淋巴结管密度微血管密度均高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Pearson线性相关性显示,miR-3174与淋巴管密度和微血管密度均呈正相关差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)。结论血清miR-3174在前列腺癌患者中升高,与癌组织中微血管密度和淋巴管密度相关。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum miR-3174 for prostate cancer.Methods From January 2018 to January 2021,100 patients with prostate cancer were selected and included in an observation group,and 100 healthy adults were selected and included a control group at The Seventh People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Differences in serum miR-3174 were compared between the two groups,and the association between miR-3174 and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed in the study patients with prostate cancer.Results The level of miR-3174 was 1.97±0.61 in the observation group which was significantly higher than 0.95±0.29 of the control group(P<0.05).The lymphatic vessel density and micro vessel density were significantly higher in prostate cancer tissues than in paracancerous tissues(all P<0.05).Pearson linear correlation showed that miR-3174 was positively associated with lymphatic vessel density and micro vessel density(all P<0.05).Conclusion Levels of serum miR-3174 increased in patients with prostate cancer,which is associated with micro vessel density and lymphatic vessel density.
