摘  要:目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和人乳头瘤病毒-DNA(HPV-DNA)表达与宫颈癌患者病理的相关性。方法选取2017年10月至2020年10月间西安医学院附属宝鸡医院收治的60例宫颈癌患者为恶性组,取同期60例宫颈息肉患者为良性组,另取同期60例因子宫肌瘤或子宫腺肌瘤而切除子宫且宫颈组织无病变的患者为对照组。比较三组患者的EGFR和HPV-DNA表达情况,比较EGFR和HPV-DNA阳性与阴性患者的临床病理特征,分析EGFR、HPV-DNA表达与患者病理的相关性。结果三组患者EGFR和HPV-DNA阳性与阴性数比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。60例宫颈癌患者中,EGFR和HPV-DNA阳性与阴性患者月经状态、年龄、肿瘤直径比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),阳性与阴性患者临床分期、淋巴结转移和组织分化程度比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。相关分析显示,患者月经状态、年龄和肿瘤直径与EGFR和HPV-DNA不相关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),患者临床分期、淋巴结转移和组织分化程度与EGFR和HPVDNA呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着肿瘤病情加重,EGFR和HPV-DNA表达明显升高,EGFR和HPV-DNA与宫颈癌患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移和组织分化程度呈正相关。EGFR和HPV-DNA可用来判断宫颈癌患者病情严重程度。Objective To investigate the association between the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and human papillomavirus DNA(HPV-DNA)and the pathology of cervical cancer.Methods Sixty patients with cervical cancer admitted to Baoji Hospital Affiliated to Xi’an Medical University were selected and included in a malignant group from October 2017 to October 2020.Another 60 patients with cervical polyps were selected and included in a benign group in the same period.In addition,60 patients with uterine fibroids or undergoing hysterectomy for uterine fibroids without cervical lesions were selected and included in a control group.The expression of EGFR and HPV-DNA were compared among the three groups.Clinicopathological characteristics were compared between patients with positive and negative expression of EGFR and HPV-DNA.Finally,the association between the expression of EGFR and HPVDNA and pathology of cervical cancer was analyzed.Results There was significant differences in the number of EGFR and HPV-DNA positive and EGFR and HPV-DNA negative patients among the three groups(all P<0.05).In 60 patients with cervical cancer,there was no significant difference in menstrual status,age and tumor size between EGFR and HPV-DNA positive and EGFR and HPV-DNA negative patients(P>0.05).There were significant differences in clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and tissue differentiation between the two groups(all P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that menstrual status,age and tumor size were not associated with EGFR and HPV-DNA(P>0.05).However,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and tissue differentiation were positively associated with EGFR and HPV-DNA(all P<0.05).Conclusion With the aggravation of patients’condition,the expression of EGFR and HPV-DNA increased significantly.EGFR and HPV-DNA are positively associated with the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and tissue differentiation in patients with cervical cancer.Therefore,EGFR and HPV-DNA can be used to determine the severity of cervical cancer.
