摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌患者磁共振成像(MRI)表现与患者微血管密度(MVD)和预后的关系。方法选取2017年2月至2019年12月间榆林市第一医院收治的60例食管癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者都给予MRI检查和判定微血管密度,随访调查患者的预后并进行相关性分析。结果随访到2021年1月,60例患者死亡15例,死亡率为25.0%(死亡组)。取b值为800s/mm^(2),死亡组的表观扩散系数(ADC)低于存活组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。死亡组的微血管密度评分高于生存组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示,ADC值与微血管密度评分、预后死亡存在相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,ADC值和微血管密度评分等为影响患者预后死亡的重要因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI ADC值与食管癌患者的预后、微血管密度评分存在相关性,ADC值与微血管密度评分等为影响患者预后死亡的重要因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between magnetic resonance imaging(MRI manifestations and micro vessel density(MVD)and prognosis in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods From February 2017 to December 2019,60 patients with esophageal cancer diagnosed and treated at The First Hospital of Yulin were selected.MRI examination was performed on all the study patients and micro vessel density were determined.They were followed up for the prognosis and correlation analysis was conducted.Results The participants were followed-up until January 2021.Fifteen patients died,and the mortality rate was 25.0%(death group).When the b value was set at 800 s/mm2,the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)was lower in the death group than in the survival group(P<0.05).The micro vessel density score was higher in the death group than in the survival group(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that ADC value were associated with micro vessel density score and death(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that ADC value and micro vessel density score were important factors influencing the prognosis of death(P<0.05).Conclusion The mortality rate was relatively high in patients with esophageal cancer.ADC value on MRI are associated with the prognosis and micro vessel density score in patients with esophageal cancer.ADC value and micro vessel density score are important factors influencing the prognosis of death in this population.
