摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中高尔基体磷酸化蛋白3和Livin蛋白表达的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月间榆林市第一医院收治并行根治术的160例胃癌患者。取胃癌组织标本为观察组,取癌旁组织标本为对照组,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测两组标本中高尔基体磷酸化蛋白3和Livin蛋白表达水平。结果观察组标本中GOLPH3和Livin蛋白阳性表达率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。胃癌组织中,GOLPH3和Livin蛋白的表达强度与患者癌组织分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关,病灶直径与Livin蛋白表达有关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与GOLPH3蛋白表达无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃癌癌组织中高尔基体磷酸化蛋白3和Livin蛋白呈高表达,与胃癌的发生、发展有密切关系。Objective To explore the clinical significance of the expression of Golgi phosphoprotein 3(GOLPH3)and Livin proteins in gastric cancer.Methods A total of 160 patients with gastric cancer were selected at The First Hospital of Yulin between January 2018 and June 2020.Gastric cancer tissue specimens were collected and included in an observation group and paracancerous cancer tissue specimens were collected and included in a control group.The expression levels of GOLPH3 and Livin proteins were detected in the two groups using immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rates of GOLPH3 and Livin proteins were significantly higher in the ovservation group than in the control group.The intensity of the expression of GOLPH3 and Livin proteins in gastric cancer tissues were associated with differentiation,tumor node metastasis(TNM)stage and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).Lesion size was associated with the expression of Livin proteins(P<0.05)rather than the expression of GOLPH3(P>0.05).Conclusion GOLPH3 and Livin proteins were highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues,which were closely associated with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
