生活满意度和父母养育方式对农村中小学生伤害发生的影响

摘　　要：目的分析生活满意度和父母养育方式对农村地区中小学生伤害发生所产生的影响,为在校农村中小学生伤害的预防和干预提供理论依据。方法采取分层整群随机抽样方法,在云南省陆良县抽取2 045名农村中小学生作为调查对象,采用多维学生生活满意度量表(MSLSS)、父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)等筛选伤害发生的影响因素。结果农村中小学生伤害的发生率为16.19%,男生(19.51%)高于女生(12.26%)(χ;=19.69,P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,女生、伤害危险行为得分低、生活环境满意度得分高与伤害发生呈负相关(OR值分别为0.62,0.98,0.81),走读、父亲过度保护与伤害发生呈正相关(OR值分别为1.50,1.04)(P值均<0.05)。结论父母为孩子创造良好生活环境的同时也应多关注孩子的安全教育,但要注意自身的教育方式,减少意外伤害的发生,降低伤害给孩子、家庭和社会带来的负担。Objective To analyze the impact of life satisfaction and parental rearing methods on accidental injuries of primary and secondary school students in rural areas, and to provide a therotical reference for injury prevention and intervention among primary and secondary school students in rural areas. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 2 045 rural primary and middle school students in Luliang County, Yunnan Province, questionnaire survey regarding injury, MSLSS and EMBU was administered. Results The incidence of accidental injury among rural primary and middle school students was 16.19%, and the rate of boys(19.51%) were higher than that of girls(12.26%)(χ;=19.69, P<0.01). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis found that women, low injury risk behavior scores, and high life satisfaction scores were associated with less accidental injuries(OR=0.62, 0.98,0.81), while day-to-day school and father’s overprotection were associated with more for accidental injuries(OR=1.50, 1.04, P<0.05). Conclusion Parents should pay more attention to children’s safety education while creating a good living environment for their children, but they should pay attention to their own education methods to reduce accidental injuries.
