慢性牙髓炎实施一次性根管充填治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究一次性根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治慢性牙髓炎患者50例,随机分为两组。对照组采用传统根管填充治疗;试验组采用一次性根管充填治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率及治疗满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组疼痛消失时间和用药时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用一次性根管填充治疗慢性牙髓炎患者,能够显著提高治疗有效率,降低疼痛程度,提升治疗满意度及生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of disposable root canal filling in the treatment of chronic pulpitis.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,50 patients with chronic pulpitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with traditional root canal filling.The experimental group was treated with disposable root canal filling.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate and satisfaction of treatment in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain disappearance time and medication time of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of disposable root canal filling to treat patients with chronic pulpitis can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,reduce pain,and improve treatment satisfaction and quality of life.
