依达拉奉和阿加曲班治疗脑栓塞合并房颤患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析依达拉奉联合阿加曲班治疗脑栓塞合并房颤的效果。方法:2019年12月-2020年12月收治脑栓塞合并房颤患者80例,按照数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组应用低分子肝素治疗;观察组使用依达拉奉联合阿加曲班注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后卒中量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率等血液流变指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用依达拉奉与阿加曲班治疗脑栓塞合并房颤的效果良好,能降低患者神经缺损程度,保障血液通畅。Objective:To analyze the effect of edaravone combined with argatroban in the treatment of cerebral embolism with atrial fibrillation.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,80 patients with cerebral embolism and atrial fibrillation were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the digital table method with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin.The observation group was treated with edaravone combined with argatroban injection.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stroke scale score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and other hemorheological indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of edaravone and argatroban has a good effect in the treatment of cerebral embolism with atrial fibrillation,which can reduce the degree of nerve defects in patients and ensure unobstructed blood flow.
