摘　　要：目的:探究佛山市三水区缺血性脑卒中复发患者的特征及危险因素。方法:2019年1月-2020年2月收治缺血性脑卒中患者1200例,采用单因素χ^(2)检验和多因素Logistic回归分析,导致缺血性脑卒中复发的危险因素及复发特征。结果:1200例患者中,复发379例,其中年龄≥65岁、男性、颈部动脉有斑块、Essen卒中风险评分(ESRS)≥5分、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇>3.85 mmol/L是缺血性脑卒中患者复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:对于年龄≥65岁、男性、颈部动脉有斑块、ESRS≥5分、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇>3.85 mmol/L的患者,需要加强筛查及2级预防的管理。Objective:To explore the characteristics and risk factors of patients with ischemic stroke recurrence in SanshuiDistrict,FoshanCity.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,1200 patients with ischemic stroke were selected.Single factor χ^(2) test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to determine the risk factors and recurrence characteristics of ischemic stroke.Results:Among the 1200 patients,379 relapsed,amongthem,age≥65 years,male,carotid artery plaque,Essen stroke risk score(ESRS)≥5,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol>3.85 mmol/L were independent risk factors for recurrence of ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients≥65 years of age,male,carotid artery plaque,ESRS≥5,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol>3.85 mmol/L,it is necessary to strengthen screening and management of gradeⅡprevention.
