新形势下如何做好企业党校学员管理工作

摘　　要：新形势下,传统党校教育培训模式发生改变,“互联网+”干部培训模式应运而生,企业党校学员管理面临一系列新挑战。油田党校从当前学员管理工作面临的重难点问题入手,积极探索学员管理新规律,通过增强党性教育吸引力感染力、高标准严要求培育良好班风、全力营造和谐奋进学习氛围等措施不断提升学员管理科学化水平,取得一定成效。Under the new situation,the traditional Party school education and training model has changed,“Internet+”cadre training model arises at the historic moment,students management in the enterprise Party school is facing a series of new challenges.Oilfield party school started from the current difficult points of students management,actively explored new students'management patterns,cultivated class manner by strengthening the Party spirit education and with high standard and strict requirement,and worked to build a harmonious learning atmosphere to improve students scientific management level,so as to has obtained certain achievements.
