摘  要:建立福建大田东方美人茶中芳樟醇类含量的检测方法。样品采用全自动凯氏定氮仪蒸馏,经乙酸乙酯萃取,气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定。在0.010~10μg•mL^(-1)浓度范围内,芳樟醇类物质呈现良好的线性关系(r>0.999),定量限(LOQ)为0.030 mg•kg^(-1)。以福建大田东方美人茶为基质,在0.10~10 mg/kg加标水平下,加标回收率在52.6%~107%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)<10.0%。结果表明,本方法灵敏度高,重现性好,能够满足茶叶中芳樟醇类物质检测的要求。此外,将该方法应用于福建大田东方美人茶及其他茶叶中芳樟醇类物质的测定,同时比较东方美人茶与红茶、乌龙茶中芳樟醇类物质的含量差异,结果显示,东方美人茶中芳樟醇类香气物质的含量更高。A method for the determination of linalool compounds in fujian datian oriental beauty tea was established.Linalool compounds in samples were distilled by Auto-Kjeldahl s apparatus determination apparatus,extracted by ethyl acetate and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The linalool compounds in Fujian Datian oriental beauty tea has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01~10 mg•kg^(-1)(r>0.999).The limit of quantity(LOQ)was 0.01 mg•kg^(-1).In the spiked range of 0.10~10 mg•kg-1,the average recoveries of linalool compounds in Fujian Datian oriental beauty tea were 52.6%~107%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were less than 10%.The results showed that the method was highly sensitive and reproducible,and can be used for the detection of linalool compounds in tea.The method was applied to the determination of linalool compounds in fujian datian oriental beauty tea and other teas.moreover,the content differences of linalool compounds in Oriental beauty tea,black tea and oolong tea could be compared,The results showed that the content of linalool compounds was higher.in Oriental Beauty Tea.
