摘　　要：采用气候箱收集人造板中氯乙烯释放量,用气相色谱法对收集的氯乙烯进行测定。建立气候箱——气相色谱法测定人造板中氯乙烯释放量方法,方法检出限为4.0×10^(-2)mg/m^(3),加标回收率在97.2%~100.7%,方法精密度(RSD)在0.5%~1.5%以内。建立的方法准确度和精密度较高,检出限低,为人造板中氯乙烯释放量检测提供参考依据。Vinyl chlorid emission contents from wood-based panel was collected with chamber method,then GC method was adopted to determinate the vinyl chlorid emission contents.A chamber-GC method was established for test the methods of vinyl chloride release in wood-based panels,The detection limit of the method was 4.0×10^(-2)mg/m^(3),the recovery rate was 97.2%-100.7%,and the precision(RSD)of the method was within 0.5%-1.5%.The established method has high accuracy and precision,and low detection limit,which provides a reference for the determination of vinyl chlorid emission form woodbased panels.
