摘 要:目的探讨情境行为实录反思培训对新入职临床护士倾听能力的影响。方法采用整群抽样法,于2020年3—9月选择郑州大学第一附属医院116名新入职临床护士为研究对象,根据入组顺序分成观察组(n=58)和对照组(n=58)。对照组护士按照我院常规的规范化培训系统进行培训,而观察组采用情境行为实录反思培训法。干预前和干预6个月后采用霍德盖茨倾听能力测验量表、护理工作满意度量表比较两组新入职临床护士的倾听能力和患者满意度。本研究共发放问卷116份,回收有效问卷113份,有效回收率为97.41%。结果干预前,两组护士的霍德盖茨倾听能力测验量表、护理工作满意度量表得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组护士的霍德盖茨倾听能力测验量表、护理工作满意度量表得分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论情境行为实录反思培训可提升新入职临床护士的倾听能力和患者满意度,有利于缓解护患关系,提升护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of situational behavior record reflection training on the listening ability of newly recruited clinical nurses.Methods From March to September 2020,cluster sampling was used to select 116 newly recruited clinical nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University as the research object.According to the entry order,nurses were divided into the observation group(n=58)and the control group(n=58).The nurses in the control group were trained in accordance with our hospital's regular standardized training system,while the observation group used situational behavior record reflection training method.Before the intervention and 6 months after the intervention,the Hodgetts Listening Performance Scale and the Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Questionnaire were used to compare the listening ability and patient satisfaction of the two groups of newly recruited clinical nurses.A total of 116 questionnaires were distributed and 113 valid questionnaires were returned with the valid response rate of 97.41%.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant differences in the scores of the Hodgetts Listening Performance Scale and the Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Questionnaire between the two groups of nurses(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the Hodgetts Listening Performance Scale and the Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Questionnaire of the two groups of nurses were higher than those before the intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Situational behavior record reflection training can improve the listening ability and patient satisfaction of newly recruited clinical nurses,which is conducive to alleviating the nurse-patient relationship and improving the quality of nursing care.
