摘  要:肥胖已成为世界性的公共健康问题,预防和治疗肥胖刻不容缓。已有大量的研究数据表明,植物性原料及其生物活性成分具有减肥降脂的作用,植物性原料也逐渐成为功能食品、保健食品开发及应用的热点。本文旨在通过对几种植物性原料的减肥降脂作用研究进展进行综述,为减肥降脂类食品的开发和减肥人群的膳食营养干预提供参考依据。Obesity has become a worldwide health problem,and it is urgent to prevent and treat obesity.A large amount of research data has shown that plant-based raw materials and their biologically active ingredients have anti-obesity and lipid-lowering effects.Plant-based raw materials have gradually become a hot spot in the application of health foods.This article aims to review the research progress of anti-obesity and lipid-lowering effects of several plant-based raw materials,and provide a reference for the development of anti-obesity and lipid-lowering foods and dietary nutrition interventions for obese people.
