摘　　要：过度换气(HV)诱发试验是一种比较安全、实用的生理性脑电图诱发方法,儿童比成年人对HV更加敏感,可以提高癫痫样放电检出率。本文就HV诱发试验对儿童脑电图的影响进行综述。Hyperventilation(HV) induction test is a safe and practical physiological EEG induction method. Children are more sensitive to HV than adults, which can improve the detection rate of epileptiform discharges. This paper reviewed the effects of HV induction test on EEG in children.
