摘 要:为了研究黄河冲积物对诺氟沙星(norfloxacin,缩写NOR)的吸附机理,采用批量吸附试验,研究了NOR在黄河冲积物中的吸附特性及影响因素。结果表明:黄河冲积物对NOR的吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,吸附可分为快速吸附和慢速平衡吸附两个阶段;吸附等温线更符合Freundlich模型,主要以物理吸附为主,焓变ΔH^(θ)、熵变ΔS^(θ)、吉布斯自由能ΔG^(θ)均小于0,属于自发进行的放热反应。当pH值为4~8时,黄河冲积物对诺氟沙星的吸附量变化不大;而pH值大于8时,黄河冲积物对NOR的吸附量降低。这就表明,在酸性、中性、弱碱性环境中有利于黄河冲积物对NOR的吸附,而在强碱性环境中却不利于吸附。黄河冲积物对NOR的吸附量与NOR溶液的初始浓度正相关,与温度、Ca^(2+)的浓度、黄河冲积物的粒径负相关。溶液中含有Na^(+)、K^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Fe^(3+)时,在不同程度上抑制了黄河冲积物对NOR的吸附,其中含Fe^(3+)的溶液抑制作用最明显。In order to study the adsorption mechanism of norfloxacin(NOR)in the Yellow River alluvium,batch adsorption experiments were conducted to study the adsorption characteristics and influencing factors of NOR in the Yellow River alluvium.The results are as follows.The adsorption process of NOR in the Yellow River alluvium conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation.The adsorption can be divided into two stages:rapid adsorption and slow equilibrium adsorption.The adsorption isotherm is more in line with the Freundlich model,which is mainly based on physical adsorption.The changes EnthalpyΔH^(θ),EntropyΔS^(θ),Gibbs free energyΔG^(θ) were all less than 0,which belonged to spontaneous exothermic reac-tion.When the pH value is four to eight,the adsorption capacity of NOR in the Yellow River alluvium changes little.When the pH value is higher than eight,the adsorption of NOR in the Yellow River alluvium will decrease.The results show that it is conducive to the adsorption of NOR in the Yellow River alluvium in acidic,neutral and weak alkaline environment,but not in strong alkaline environment.The adsorption amount of NOR in the Yellow River alluvium is positively correlated with the initial concentration of NOR solution,and negatively correlated with temperature,Ca^(2+) concentration and particle size of the Yellow river alluvium.When the solution contains Na^(+),K^(+),Ca^(2+),and Fe^(3+),the adsorption of nor by the Yellow river alluvium is inhibited to varying degrees,and the solution containing Fe^(3+)has the most obvious inhibitory effect.
