加速康复外科理念下经自然腔道腹腔镜治疗卵巢良性肿瘤围术期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价加速康复外科理念联合经自然腔道腹腔镜手术应用于卵巢良性肿瘤围术期安全性及疗效。方法选取我院妇科病区2019年10月至2020年10月收治的102例患有良性卵巢肿瘤需要接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者为研究对象,随机分为常规腹腔镜组和NOTES组各51例,两组患者围术期均采取ERAS管理措施,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行数据分析。结果NOTES组患者在手术时长、术后回室疼痛评分、术后肛门排气、住院费用、术后并发症均优于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者在术中出血量、初次排便时间、住院天数及护理满意度评分方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加速康复外科理念指导下的NOTES技术具有有效性及优越性,值得在妇科领域进一步研究推广。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of NOTES in treating benign ovarian tumor under the concept of enhanced recovery.Methods 102 patients with benign ovarian tumor who need laparoscopic surgery from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into conventional laparoscopic group(n=51)and NOTES group(n=51)according to the random number table.Patients in both two groups received perioperative ERAS treatment.Clinical data were analyzed by using statistical software SPSS 20.0.Results Clinical data of patients in NOTES group were better than those in the conventional group in terms of operation time,postoperative pain score,exhaust time,hospitalization expenses,postoperative complications(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss,first defecation time and length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The NOTES guided by the concept of enhanced recovery were effective and superior,which is worthy of further research and promotion in the field of gynecology.
