摘  要:设计一种以电控控制比例变量泵的模糊控制系统,该系统是轴向柱塞式,同时也是斜盘式。通过理论计算与数值分析,得到该泵的数学模型,并利用T-S模型和大数据得到PID控制算法的模糊控制。通过试验数据得到与传统算法不同的T-S模型控制算法,显著提高系统的动态控制性能,达到精度和迅速控制变量泵排量的目的,对实际应用具有借鉴意义。A fuzzy control system was designed to control the proportional variable pump in the form of electronic control. The system was axial plunger and swash plate. Through theoretical calculation and numerical analysis,the mathematical model of the pump was obtained,and a fuzzy control of PID control algorithm was obtained using T-S model and big data. Through the experimental data,it is found that,different from the traditional algorithm,the experimental T-S model control algorithm can significantly improve the dynamic control performance of system,and the variable pump displacement can be controlled accurately and quickly. It can be used for reference in practical application.
