摘　　要：压力感受器衰竭综合征(baroreceptor failure syndrome,BFS)是一种临床上报道较少并且容易被忽略的临床综合征[1]。Sugarbaker等[2]于1971年报道在二期颈动脉体瘤切除术后,患者出现了以高血压、心率增快、头痛及焦虑等为特征的临床表现,当时对这一并发症的认识还明显不足。With the continuous updating of head and neck surgery concepts and techniques, more and more head and neck surgeries are developing in the direction of refinement.however, the more complete the surgery, the greater the possibility of subsequent nerve exposure and injury. Even a slight perturbation of the nerve may cause serious complications, such as pressure receptor failure.It is necessary to review the mechanisms and the characteristics of baroreceptor failure syndrome after head and neck tumor surgery.
