泪道内窥镜在泪道疾病中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：与传统泪道手术相比,泪道内窥镜手术有着难以替代的优势。但我国的泪道内窥镜的广泛应用有一定的局限性。本文就泪道内窥镜在眼科疾病中的各种作用作一综述,指出了泪道内窥镜在泪道疾病中的治疗作用,以期引起眼科医师的重视,使泪道疾病得到更好的诊断和治疗。Compared with traditional open lacrimal duct surgery,lacrimal duct endoscopic surgery has an irreplaceable advantage.However,the wide application of lacrimal duct endoscopy in China has certain limitations now.This article reviews the various functions of lacrimal duct endoscopy in ophthalmological diseases,and points out the role of lacrimal duct endoscopy in the treatment of lacrimal duct diseases.After more attentions of ophthalmologists were paid on endoscopic procedures,the lacrimal diseases could be diagnosed and treated better.
