静脉联合腹腔化疗治疗晚期胃肠肿瘤的临床标准分析

摘　　要：目的:分析晚期胃肠肿瘤患者应用静脉联合腹腔热灌注化疗的标准疗效。方法:选择66例晚期胃肠肿瘤患者分为两组,对照组接受静脉化疗,观察组采用静脉化疗联合腹腔热灌注化疗,对比两组疗效,统计并发症发生情况。结果:在临床疗效、并发症两项指标对比,观察组均优于对照组,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:晚期胃肠肿瘤患者接受静脉化疗联合腹腔热灌注治疗,疗效确切,可推广。Objective: To analyze the efficacy of intravenous combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic infusion chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors. Methods: Sixty-six patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors were divided into two groups. The control group received intravenous chemotherapy, and the observation group received intravenous chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy. The curative effects of the two groups were compared, and the occurrence of complications was counted.Results: In the comparison of clinical efficacy and complications, the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors receive intravenous chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion therapy. The curative effect is definite and can be promoted.
